Friends and Family can set up an account via the below methods:

  • Call toll-free 1-888-506-8407
  • Mail Cashier’s Check or Money Order to: ICSolutions, Attention: Customer Service, 220 Danbury St San Antonia, TX 78217
  • FOR PREPAID ACCOUNTS: The following information is required by whoever sets up the account
    • Name and address of person you will be calling
    • The designated telephone number you will call
    • The name of the facility where you are incarcerated
    • The following forms of payment are accepted: Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Wester Union, NO personal checks will be accepted.

Mailing Correspondence to a Prisoner:

  • U.S. Postal Service/Mail Delivery:

  • The mail will then be scanned and uploaded to the inmate’s mail app on the tablet where they can view and read the scanned mail.

Commissary:

  • Personal hygiene items cannot be brought into the jail and must be purchased through commissary.
  • Inmates have the opportunity to basic hygiene when they are initially booked in and then can order once a week thereafter.  Commissary is delivered twice a week, orders must be in by Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday.  Orders placed prior to Saturday will be delivered on Sunday.
  • There is a $40 limit on a commissary order.

Deposit Money on a Prisoner’s Commissary Account:

  • The only forms of money accepted are Cash, Money Order, Cashier’s Check.

Pay a Fine or Bail

A court ordered fine can be paid directly to the court or at the jail.

Cash bail can be paid at the jail.  Cash only warrants or fines can only be paid with a certified check or cash (no personal checks).

Bondable warrants can be paid with cash or you may contact a bail bond company.  The jail cannot recommend a bond company.   You can find a company in the Yellow Pages.

Release from Jail

An inmate may be released from jail by:

  1. Paying the bail or fine
  2. Contacting a bail bond company (We cannot refer you to a bondsman. There are multiple listings in the Yellow Pages.)
  3. Release order from the court
  4. Time served

Releases can take from 2 to 8 hours for the paperwork to be completed once it has been received by the court.
