The Detention Center staff will continue to serve Tooele County by maintaining the highest level of professionalism and moral character.

The Tooele County Detention Center will serve the citizens of Tooele County by maintaining a fair, humane and secure environment for all inmates in the facility.

Visitation

All ONSITE and REMOTE visits need to be scheduled 24 HOURS in advance through jailatm.com. Currently no same day visits are available. Visits are done through monitors only and are scheduled for 20 min. Onsite visits are free of charge. Remote visits are .21 cents a minute.

Visitation Program Rules

FOR ON-SITE VISITS ONLY

  • On-site visits can be scheduled Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM depending on where the inmate is currently housed.
  • NO visits will be scheduled during meal pass.
  • NO visits will be allowed during programing while the inmate is in attendance.
  • NO visits will be allowed during rec time.

  • Total Number of Beds:  280 Beds – 3 separate cell pods (Men’s, Women’s, Medical)
  • Total Number of Beds -Men’s Pod: 217 Beds
