{"id":1364,"date":"2019-06-06T21:11:44","date_gmt":"2019-06-06T21:11:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tooelesheriff.wpenginepowered.com\/\/?page_id=1364"},"modified":"2026-06-01T17:37:02","modified_gmt":"2026-06-01T17:37:02","slug":"rules-and-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tooelecountysheriff.org\/index.php\/rules-and-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Rules and Information"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"phone_calls\"><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Phone Calls: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IC Solutions<\/strong> -New Inmate phone provider effective March 11, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Friends and Family can set up an account via the below methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit the website: www.ICSolutions.com<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Call toll-free 1-888-506-8407<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mail Cashier&#8217;s Check or Money Order to: ICSolutions, Attention: Customer Service, 220 Danbury St San Antonia, TX 78217<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FOR PREPAID ACCOUNTS: The following information is required by whoever sets up the account\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name and address of person you will be calling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The designated telephone number you will call<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The name of the facility where you are incarcerated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The following forms of payment are accepted: Money Order, Cashier&#8217;s Check, Wester Union, NO personal checks will be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"correspondence\"><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mailing Correspondence to a Prisoner:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U.S. Postal Service\/Mail Delivery:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mail should be addressed and sent to:<br> <strong>Tooele County Detention Center<br> Inmate&#8217;s name and ID #<br> P.O. Box 16120<br> Jonesboro, AR 72401<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The mail will then be scanned and uploaded to the inmate&#8217;s mail app on the tablet where they can view and read the scanned mail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"commissary\"><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commissary:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal hygiene items cannot be brought into the jail and must be purchased through commissary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inmates have the opportunity to basic hygiene when they are \ninitially booked in and then can order once a week thereafter.&nbsp; \nCommissary is delivered twice a week, orders must be in by Tuesday to be\n delivered on Wednesday.&nbsp; Orders placed prior to Saturday will be \ndelivered on Sunday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is a $40 limit on a commissary order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"deposit\"><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Deposit Money on a Prisoner&#8217;s Commissary Account:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The only forms of money accepted are Cash, Money Order, Cashier&#8217;s Check.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Money can be deposited on an inmates commissary account via web:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>accesscorrections.com (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.accesscorrections.com\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"www.accesscorrections.com\">www.accesscorrections.com<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pay\"><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pay a Fine or Bail<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A court ordered fine can be paid directly to the court or at the jail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cash bail can be paid at the jail.&nbsp; Cash only warrants or fines  can only be paid with a certified check or cash (no personal checks). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bondable warrants can be paid with cash or you may contact a bail  bond company.&nbsp; The jail cannot recommend a bond company.&nbsp;&nbsp; You can find  a company in the Yellow Pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"release\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Release from Jail<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An inmate may be released from jail by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paying the bail or fine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contacting a bail bond company (We cannot refer you to a bondsman.
