{"id":1355,"date":"2019-06-06T20:54:22","date_gmt":"2019-06-06T20:54:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tooelesheriff.wpenginepowered.com\/\/?page_id=1355"},"modified":"2019-06-06T20:55:56","modified_gmt":"2019-06-06T20:55:56","slug":"visitation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tooelecountysheriff.org\/index.php\/visitation\/","title":{"rendered":"Visitation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iwebvisit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/tooelecountysheriff.org\/images\/tcso_iweb_img_whitebg.jpg\" alt=\"iWebVisit.com\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\nThe Detention Center will offer an On-site Visitation Program utilizing the iWebVisit.com <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iwebvisit.com\/about-remote-video-visitation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Video Visitation<\/a> System. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iwebvisit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Video Visits<\/a>\n will be conducted on Video Terminals that are located within the \nCorrectional Facility&#8217;s lobby. It should be noted that participating in \nthe On-site Visiting Program is <strong><em>not<\/em><\/strong> a guarantee of availability as booking times and space are limited.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The following steps are required to participate in the On-site Visitation program:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are two ways in which you can register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You may go to the Visitation Lobby and provide a valid \nGovernment issued picture ID, showing a current photograph and date of \nbirth along with, but not required, a valid e-mail address if you have \none. You will then be registered into the iWebVisit.com System.<\/li><li>You may also go directly to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iwebvisit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">http:\/\/www.iwebvisit.com<\/a> and create an account online in advance to save time.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must be over the age of 18 years old \nwith a valid ID in order to register via the Lobby method. A documented \nlegal guardian must accompany any minor requesting to visit with an \ninmate. Additional, multiple visitors can register for the same inmate \nvia the Lobby method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you are registered, you will receive an e-mail (if one was \nprovided at the time of registration) welcoming you to the iWebVisit.com\n Remote <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iwebvisit.com\/about-remote-video-visitation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Video Visitation<\/a>\n System. At this time you will be provided with further instructions and\n information about the benefits of remotely visiting your loved one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Visitation Rules and Regulations for an On-site Terminal reservation is subject to the following policies and procedures:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Visitors must dress appropriately; all clothing must cover from neck to the kneecaps.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Should the conduct of any person during a visit become disorderly the visit will be terminated.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Persons under the influence of drugs and\/or alcohol will be denied a visit and must leave the building.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Any unattended children will cause the visit to be terminated.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>FOR ON-SITE VISITS ONLY<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On-site visits can be scheduled Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM depending on where the inmate is currently housed.<\/li><li>On the day you want to visit, call at 8:30 AM to schedule the visit for that day.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>OFF-SITE \/ REMOTE VISITING<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.iwebvisit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">iWebVisit.com<\/a>  offers up close and personal Jail Video Visits that will help you save  time, travel and money. It offers you, family and friends virtually  unobstructed access to each other using computing technology for <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.iwebvisit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">inmate visitation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ALL REMOTE VISITS MUST BE SCHEDULED AT LEAST ONE\n (1) DAY IN ADVANCE WHILE ALLOWING YOU TO SCHEDULE UP TO THREE (3) WEEKS\n IN ADVANCE. VISITS MAY NOT BE SCHEDULED ON THE SAME DAY AS THE INTENDED\n VISIT. THESE RULES APPLY TO PROFESSIONAL VISITORS AS WELL.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to visit <strong>REMOTELY<\/strong> you will need the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Access to a computer with High-Speed internet<\/li><li>Webcam<\/li><li>Headset<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you have determined you have the proper equipment, simply go to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.iwebvisit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.iWebVisit.com<\/a> to set up an account and schedule the time and day you want to visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Engaging in illegal or illicit (to include disrobing and \/ or  sexual behavior) will result in the visit being terminated. This  visitor will be blacked from any further visits to any inmate confined  in the Tooele County Detention Center with the visitor being subject to  criminal prosecution. The inmate may also be charged with violation of  the visiting rules and may have their visiting privileges terminated for  the duration of their incarceration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Remote visiting frequencies are determined by the Detention Center and have a daily and\/or weekly\/monthly cap.<\/li><li>For standard visitors the cost is <strong>$12.00<\/strong> first visit of each month and <strong>$10<\/strong> every other visit.&nbsp; The cost is <strong>$25.00<\/strong> per visit for qualified professionals. After registering an account on-line (or in person), <strong>Attorneys,\n Clergy, or other qualified professionals may request a &#8220;Confidential \nStatus&#8221; for their account by arriving at the facility in person \n(or by phone and fax if outside of the area) to provide credentials, \nwhich will prohibit future visits from being monitored or recorded.<\/strong><\/li><li>Visiting may be canceled at anytime.<\/li><li>Once a visit has started and is canceled or terminated by the facility a credit voucher <strong>will not be issued<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ALL NON-PROFESSIONAL VISITS WILL BE MONITORED AND RECORDED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iwebvisit.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Schedule Your Online Visit<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Detention Center will offer an On-site Visitation Program utilizing the iWebVisit.com Video Visitation System.
